”What are the hidden fees?”

Our prices are upfront and there are no hidden fees!  You only have to pay the rate for your device and then then your cost for shipping to us.   We do suggest that you purchase insurance and or signature confirmation for your device when you send it because we are not responsible for items lost during the shipping process.

”What happens if I ship my device and it gets lost?”

When it comes to shipping USPS has a great reputation for getting mail where it needs to be and on time.  We always suggest to back up all of your information on your iPad before you send it and also purchase insurance and signature confirmation on any device that is sent, this way if the device gets lost in the mail it is not a total loss. With this being said, we have only had 1 device that was lost in the mail in the last 2 years.

”Do I have to pay for shipping or is it included in the price?”

You are responsible for shipping your device to us at your cost, after we fix your device we will send it back to you for free.

”What if I need to return an item because a part is defective.”

Any repair that needs to be returned for defective or non working parts we will gladly accept.  Any item that has physical damage or is broken we do not cover in our warranty. Please contact us first with any type of problem that you might be experiencing before you ship the device.  We will guide you on some common software fixes before we have you ship the device back.
